We have a long and proud history of supporting our Storrington community, through our many guises over the years. Part of this tradition has been to help one of our nominated charities, the RNLI, to continue to protect lives along our shores.
For many years our senior partner, Chris Wise was on the Storrington RNLI committee. We joined with them again this year, along with the rest of the town’s traders in keeping our doors open for the Storrington late night shopping event, held on Thursday 2nd December.
While the funfair and bands kept the streets noisy and busy, we opened up the spacious lobby in our new offices on Old Mill Square. The RNLI set up camp to sell souvenirs and Christmas cards, while Chris and the team handed out glasses of wine to visitors who had a look round and made some purchases.
In all, we raised £89 for the RNLI on the evening and it gave the community a chance to come in from the cold and see our new premises.
