We would like to advise our valued clients that on Tuesday 10th October 2017 all of our offices will be closed due to the roll out of new computer software across the firm.
We have had to take this difficult decision to ensure that the system is properly implemented and thoroughly tested ahead of “go live”.
From 18th September, our staff have started to be trained on the new system on a rolling basis. This means that individual fee earners and support staff may be unavailable on some days.
Further training may impact the speed of response by specific staff in the short term, but we are confident that you will start to see many benefits once the system is fully integrated.
